Global Peace Foundation Kenya

On 21st November 2025 at the Kenyatta University School of Business Studies, the Global Peace Foundation Kenya, led by Mr. Daniel Omondi—Africa Regional Director and Country Director, Global Peace Foundation Kenya engaged with over 200 student leaders from Kenyatta University in an inspiring leadership forum.

The students were taken through an intensive training on moral and innovative leadership, with a strong emphasis on value-driven peacebuilding as a catalyst for sustainable progress. They were also sensitized on key GPF Kenya flagship initiatives, including the LEAP Hubs Program, which nurtures entrepreneurial skills among young innovators, and the President’s Fellowship – Chandaria Legacy Award Program, designed to develop the next generation of leaders committed to community service, volunteerism, and ethical stewardship. They were ecourage to register for the President’s Fellowship program which is now open untill 31st December 2025.

The event was also graced by the presence of Mr. Vincent Ayako, Resource Mobilization and Strategic Partnership Manager; Ms. Nasri Hassan, Youth Development Program Assistant; and Project Associates Ms. Glorious and Mr. Paul, all of whom shared valuable insights and reinforced GPF Kenya’s mission of empowering youth to become agents of change.
